Viviana Garofoli

Viviana Garofoli was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

As a child, her favorite pastime was playing with her watercolors and crayons on big sheets of paper; if asked what she'd want to be when she grows up, Viviana would immediately reply, "a painter".

In 1994, she graduated from Escuela National de Bellas Artes Pridiliano Pueyrredon with a degree in fine arts and in the same year she published her first works as a children’s illustrator.

From that moment on, she hasn’t stop drawing. All throughout this time, she has illustrated more than 80 books for kids and many collaborations for publishing houses in Argentina, Puerto Rico, Korea and USA.
