Nuria Rodriguez

When she was a child she liked reading books, comics… but she was really fascinated by a collection of animal books that she had at home with amazing illustrations. At first it took her some time to find her way.  She began studying Fashion Design. But soon she realized she needed something different so she changed needles for brushes.

She studied Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid and got her Bachelor’s degree specializing in Painting. One day she decided to make a children’s book and it turned out to be such a gratifying experience that since then she works mainly as a children’s illustrator (although I work for adults as well) in different fields.

 She enjoys a lot her work and, as she lives in the countryside, she can take a break and go for a walk with her dogs watching inspiring skies full of clouds.
