Detective Basilio Cespedes is called by everyone in the neighborhood where he lives Humphrey. He drinks only when life is too hard, he is not a hard guy and he does not want to be it. What he does better is working in divorce investigations and charging more money in the expenses of his customers. Suddenly, the death is all around and his new friends are: a Galician, a gangster, a bitch that know everything, a violent police and a god in lower-case.
