The sea rocked ships transporting goods, traders, pirates, slaves and fugitives from city to city... When the ships emptied their bellies, they were surrounded by people looking to make their fortunes, or find shelter. Two young people met as the sun set over the wet sand on the beach. One hid their identity beneath a large cloak, the other was a fugitive. They'd never met and knew nothing about each other.
