Mario Castejón, the son of an important politician, returns to Madrid after being the last seven years in prison in Johannesburg for trying to leave the country with smuggled diamonds.

During the two thousand and sixty seven days that lasted his imprisonment, Mario has tried to find a way of solving two pending matters before putting back together his life: the first matter is getting back Paula, the woman whom he lived with and the only one he has ever loved.
