When the lockdown started in March 202, the author started feeling a combination of panic and uncertainty. On one hand, a lethal virus was spreading and staying at home was the only option to stop it. On the other hand, her work as X-ray technician stopped her from adopting the recommendation to stop the virus.

To fight those feelings and loneliness, she invented a roommate and called him “Insipid”. He wasn’t very amusing but accompanied the author every second (maybe a little too much) and got himself in all kinds of trouble. Together, they created “The Resistance”, accumulated superpowers and reinvented themselves with lots of activities without going out.
