The main challenge for our society is developing a new style of feminine leadership. Nora Rodríguez, who has a lot of experience in mentoring leaders, states that there are still millions of feminine leadership styles to practice and expand. But for that to happen we will have to unblock the barriers that prevent women’s progress, shatter prejudices, and overcome gender stereotypes.
